The Fine Print

Responsibilities

As a partner, you represent the Toke Cosmetics brand. We expect authentic promotion that aligns with our luxury aesthetic. You must disclose your affiliate relationship (e.g., #ad, #partner) in compliance with advertising standards.

Qualifying Purchases

Commissions are paid on net sales (excluding shipping, taxes, and returns). Purchases must be fully paid and shipped. Self-referrals or purchases made through your own affiliate link are strictly prohibited.

Payment Terms

Payments are processed monthly on the last business day of the month.

There is a 60-day holding period for returns to ensure sale validity.

Minimum payout threshold is ₦20,000. Balances roll over until met.

Payments made via Direct Bank Transfer or other agreed methods.
