Before you return
Prepare your packaging
To qualify for a reward, returned packaging must meet five simple standards.
Empty
No product left inside the container.
Rinsed
A quick rinse with water is all it needs — no soap or chemicals.
Complete
All parts together: jar with its lid, bottle with its pump, tube with its cap. Incomplete sets may earn less or be declined.
Identifiable
Labels intact, so we can tell which product it was. Heavily damaged or unidentifiable packaging can’t be processed.
Original use only
Packaging reused to store food, chemicals or anything other than the original Toke product won’t be accepted.
What we accept
What we take back — and what we can’t
We accept
- Any empty packaging from the products in the reward table above.
- All packaging types: plastic jars, bottles, pumps, droppers, tubes and caps.
- Packaging with minor wear and tear from normal use — that’s fine.
We don’t accept
- Packaging from brands other than Toke Cosmetics.
- Products not on the eligible list above.
- Containers that still have product inside.
- Items already submitted under this programme — each container earns once only.
- Packaging repurposed for non-cosmetic use.
- Items so damaged or unmarked that the product can’t be identified.
How to return
Two ways to close the loop
Drop it off
Bring your clean, empty packaging to any Toke Cosmetics outlet, authorised stockist or distributor near you.

At the counter
- Hand it to a staff member, or place it in the marked Toke Green Loop collection bin.
- Give your registered name, phone number or account email so we credit the right account.
- You’ll get a reference number for what you submitted — keep it until your reward appears.
- Your reward is credited within 5 working days.
Send it by post
- Pack your clean, empty items securely so nothing is damaged in transit.
- Put a note inside with your full name, phone number, email address and a list of the items you’re returning.
- Send it to the Toke Green Loop returns address — contact us for it before you post.
- Use a trackable delivery service.
Postage is your responsibility unless a prepaid return-label promotion is running — we’ll announce that clearly on our channels. Toke Cosmetics is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Your reward is credited within 5 working days of us receiving and verifying your package.
Using your rewards
Spend it like cash
Your credit builds up with every return. Return a Serum Bottle and you earn ₦100; a Shea Butter 275g jar earns ₦26.
Redeem in store or online
Online, log in, fill your cart and choose “Redeem Reward Credit” at checkout — your balance is applied to reduce what you pay.
₦2,000 minimum
You can redeem once your balance reaches ₦2,000.
Valid for 12 months
From the date it’s issued. We’ll remind you 30 days before any credit expires.
Yours alone
Credit can’t be converted to cash or moved to another person’s account. Expired credit isn’t reinstated unless an error on our side caused it.
The small print
Programme terms
Who can join
- The programme is open to all Toke Cosmetics customers — retail shoppers and business buyers alike.
- Products must have been bought from Toke Cosmetics directly or from an authorised stockist. We can’t accept packaging from counterfeit or unauthorised products.
- Customers under 18 may take part with a parent or guardian’s consent.
Fair use & programme integrity
This programme is built on trust. To keep it fair for everyone:
- Each packaging unit earns a reward once only. We mark returned items on receipt to prevent re-submission.
- Submitting packaging that belongs to someone else, items not bought from Toke Cosmetics, or items already submitted is considered fraud.
- If we identify abuse or fraud, we reserve the right to suspend the account, forfeit accumulated rewards and decline future participation — with written notice.
- We may investigate unusual submission patterns. Our decision, following a fair review, is final.
Questions, disputes & contact
If you believe your reward was wrongly calculated, an item was wrongly rejected, or you have any other question about the programme:
- Raise a dispute within 14 days of your submission date.
- Contact us by email at support@tokecosmetics.com or by phone on +234 813 019 3227, with your submission reference number.
- We’ll respond within 3 working days and resolve confirmed errors within 10 working days.
General terms
- Participation is voluntary and free. There is no cost to join the Toke Green Loop.
- Toke Cosmetics may update these terms, the reward schedule or the programme structure at any time. We’ll give customers at least 30 days’ notice of any significant change.
- If the programme is ever closed, all valid credit remains redeemable for at least 60 days after the closure announcement.
- Your personal information (name, contact details) collected through this programme is used only to manage your account and won’t be shared with unauthorised third parties.
- By participating, you confirm that you accept these terms in full.
