The life of your credit
Every credit follows the same path. Green Loop credit skips the waiting period and is available the moment it’s recorded.

We email you before any credit runs out, with the date.
Each credit lasts this long from the day it became available. Unspent credit then expires.
Spending your credit
On the review step of checkout you’ll see your balance and a single checkbox. Tick it, and the order total updates before you pay.
Spending opens once your available balance reaches ₦2,000. Pending credit doesn’t count yet.
Credit comes off the products in your order, after any other discount. The rest you pay as usual.
Delivery is always paid in full; credit applies to products only.
Credit used on an order you haven’t paid for yet is held for that order, and comes back if it’s cancelled or never paid.
Spend while signed in to your own account, on orders paid in naira.
Use it alongside combo prices and referral discounts — it’s applied last.
Checked out as a guest?
Create an account with the same email address you used at checkout and verify it within 90 days of your order. Your paid guest orders are added to your new account and credited automatically.

Our thank-you for shopping with us. Every eligible order earns 1% back as Toke Rewards credit — real naira value held in your Toke account — and you can earn more by returning empty Toke packaging through the Toke Green Loop. Your credit then comes off a future order.
Create a free Toke Cosmetics account. That's it — there is no separate sign-up, no card and no fee. Every customer account is in the program automatically.
1% of what you pay for the products in an order, rounded to the nearest naira. It is worked out after any discount or referral saving and excludes delivery and VAT. Spend ₦50,000 on products and you earn about ₦500.
Purchase credit shows as "pending" the moment your payment is confirmed and becomes available 14 days later. The wait covers the window in which an order can still be cancelled or refunded. Green Loop credit is available immediately.
At checkout, on the review step, tick "Use my Toke Rewards". Your credit comes off the products in your order — up to 30% of them — and you pay the rest as usual. It can't be used on delivery.
You can start spending once your available balance reaches ₦2,000. Below that, your credit keeps building up — nothing is lost, and every order and every return adds to it.
Yes — on the part you pay for. Credit spent on an order is not itself earned on again, but the rest of the order earns as normal.
Yes. Credit works alongside combo savings and referral discounts. It is applied last, to what is left of the product total, within the 30% limit.
Each credit is valid for 12 months from the day it becomes available. We email you 30 days before any of it expires, and when you spend, the credit closest to expiring is used first.
Yes. Create an account with the same email address you used at checkout and verify it within 90 days of the order. Your paid guest orders are then credited to your new account automatically.
Credit earned on a cancelled or refunded order is removed (in part, for a partial refund). Credit you used on an order that is cancelled, refunded in full or never paid comes back to your balance.
Purchase credit is earned on orders placed on tokecosmetics.com. You can still earn in our stores by returning your empty Toke packaging through the Toke Green Loop.
Toke Rewards currently runs on naira orders. Orders paid in pounds, dollars or other currencies don't earn or spend credit for now — we'll announce it if that changes.
No. Credit has no cash value, can't be withdrawn or sold, and can't be moved to another person's account. It is a discount on your own future Toke orders.
Sign in and go to My account → Toke Rewards. You'll see what is available, what is pending, anything expiring soon, your Toke ID and every credit and debit, with the order it came from.
